Quintefino is enjoying playing with Max’s fly mask and
displaying his powerful moves.
Cameo is a yearling that looks as if he is a small horse. He
is very well proportioned and extremely well balanced and
nimble on his feet.
Samira is ready to start working again and is galloping to
Danielle expecting to be ridden. Samira needs to be patient
but will likely be back to work soon.
Vida competed at 1.10m successfully at Thunderbird in
June/July and is now being trained out of the farm in
preparation for the August show at Thunderbird.
Meggie has started work under saddle again and is loving
being ridden.
Stockesley and Monty are also growing and enjoying life.
The future is looking bright at Fresh Track Farms.

K-Vida MB is ready for the Thunderbird Show Park season
opener in April. She has been progressing steadily and we
are looking forward to her first competition.
Back at the farm Cameo is growing and enjoying his long
walks (picture at left).
Samira is getting rounder and rounder as her Contefino colt
continues to grow inside of her.
This summer will be very exciting at both the breeding farm
and the competition ring.

K-Vida MB did her first course at Thunderbird Show Park
last weekend and impressed us with her poise and
confidence. This is the beginning of her career as a
showjumper and so far we are very impressed.
Cameo is an expressive athletic fellow.
K-Samira MB is progressing well in her pregnancy and
Meggie MB is looking many years younger than her actual
age.

Meggie unfortunately reabsorbed her embryo of London.
Samira is doing well continuing her pregnancy and staying
fit. She is ridden regularly and is dipslaying her
characteristic love of work in her jumpiing gymnastic work,
flat work and trail rides.
Cameo is now turning grey. He lost his bay baby foal coat.
He is very athletic and compact. Meggie continues to be an
adoring mother.
In the training facility Vida continues to improve and muscle
up. She will start her jumping this week now that she is fit
and her ligaments and tendons have been under work for a
few months. We expect her to progress quickly in the
jumping which she loves. It is a very entertaining activity for
her and she is always thinking ahead looking for the next
challenge.

Meggie has now been inseminated with the semen of
London. We are now waiting to see if she caught. Based
on her previous history we are optimistic and hopeful.
Cameo was a trooper with the trailering and is now back
home with Meggie. He is being very friendly and playful.
We have added several photos of him in his photo gallery.
Click here to go to his page and see the new pictures.
Vida has been doing very well at Thunderbird Showpark
getting more exposure to the show grounds including the
national anthems during the Grand Prix
Samira has been confirmed pregnant after her 45 day check
and we look forward with anticipation to the resulting foal by
Contefino.
Tuesday August 11, 2015
Cameo is turning out to be a very friendly, bold and athletic
foal. He has been enjoying running around in his field and
Meggie has finally figured out that she can just stand and
watch and does not have to try to keep up with this bundle
of energy.
Both foal and mom are doing well.
Meggie is being checked soon to see if she is ready to be
inseminated with London’s semen. We are looking forward
with anticipation to this breeding.
Meanwhile Vida MB is at Thunderbird Showpark getting
more exposure to the show grounds. She is progressing
steadily and continues to display tremendous ability and
willingness for jumping.
Tuesday July 21, 2015
Fresh Tracks Farm very first foal is born, Cameo. Cameo is
a son of Candillo Junior out of Meggie
Both Meggie and her bay colt with four white socks and a
blaze are in very good health and starting the adventure of
life on the right track. In a few days both Meggie and
Cameo will be transported from the clinic of Dr. Tracey
Plough to the farm where we look forward with anticipation
to seeing Cameo frolicking in the fields.
Meggie is being an exceptionally caring and proud mom.
Cameo is a very friendly and inquisitive colt.
Friday June 19, 2015
Samira MB is now being monitored to be bred to Contefino.
She should be bred early next week and is now going to be
exercised at the farm and focus all her attention on being a
mom.
On the other hand her sister Vida MB is progressing steadily
and enjoying her work. She is proving to be a very smart
and talented jumper. She will be at the upcoming
Thunderbird Show Park jumper show.
In addition we have acquired two new young horses. The
first is V’Grosmont a 2012 gelding by V’Tropez out of Louise
Z. V’Tropez is Galoubet A x Good Twist xx. Louise Z is by
Louis Z (Lord x Ramiro) out of Amira by Amiro (Ramiro x
Onyx) He stands 16.2hh and will end up being a biig boy.
He is showing the same smarts and ability as his half sister
Vida MB.
The second new addition is Stocksley a 2010 mare by San
Ramiro (Sandro x Raphael x Wienerwald x Agram) also out
of Louise Z. This young mare is extremely sweet and easy
going with nice gaits and excellent conformation. We
expect her to be an exceptional hunter
Tuesday May 26th 2015
Samira MB did her first courses. She progressed steadily
as she completed the first course and by the last course she
had the idea.
Now it is back to working on gymnastics and her flat work to
allow her to use her body in an efficient manner thus
harnessing her power.
During the month of June we are planning to get Samira
pregnant. She will then get back to work with the aim of
competing at the Young Horse classes in July and August at
Thunderbird Show Park.
Wednesday May 20th 2015
This is a picture of Vida posing for her Equine Canada
Passport at Thunderbird’s BC Open. Vida is showing a
confidence and poise way beyond her experience and
years. She is taking the show variables in stride and is at
home in the busy warmup rings.
Our objective at the beginning of the season is to get her
used to the commotion of the show grounds. Then when we
come back with her having more time schooling over
fences, the courses will be her focus and not all the
distracions of a show.
Thurday April 23rd 2015
Samira attends her first show at Thunderbird Show Park.
She worked in all the warmup rings and was very focussed
on her work. She is proving to be a very hard worker that
loves to concentrate hard on the task at hand.
Her jumping is powerful and now we need to spend the time
giving her a solid foundation
